The HTML file is now the source for page content. The config file still keeps favicons and locale settings. Page SEO and page head code stay in the HTML file.
The agent can use a plan mode before it edits a site.
A race could drop agent edits to the site CSS file. This release stops that loss. Staging of those edits is also safer.
