Changelog
We launch agent harness V2: long jobs finish, each step uses about a quarter of the tokens, and the agent has better tools to build websites, write content and improve SEO, from site settings to page actions. Publish shows each change as it looks, and you edit tables in content items on the table itself.
Splitleaf is now available for Windows as a beta. Add and edit inline SVG icons and logos in the designer. Page files outside the page list get an Add page button, long publish lists scroll and can be searched, and publish puts your favicon at the root of the site.
Minor bug fixes.
Tell Bing and other search engines which pages changed with IndexNow. The agent now adds redirects when it moves, archives or deletes a page, and can put a component inside another component. Publish shows site settings as one row, and the sitemap dates each page by its last content change.
Start a new site from a seed. Pages, components, style sheets and CMS items keep a history, and you can restore an earlier version. Add transitions in the style panel, let the agent read your Google Search Console data, and export a chat.
The agent can now run on Claude Code on your Mac, with the Claude plan you already have. Connect it in Site settings > Agent connections.
Take a tour of the app from Help > Tour. Give the agent rules for your whole site, and writing rules for each collection. Redirects now work on sites that publish to Vercel.
Fixes a bug that could wipe content templates from a site on your computer. Files the app removes now go to Removed in Site settings, where you can restore them for 30 days.
Splitleaf now generates content for you, based on the folders it has access to. Each idea includes competitor research, keyword research, sources, and a plan.
Splitleaf 0.1.25 lets the agent see site files and folders you link. The chat shows prompts for the view you are in. You can open the site in your own browser.
Splitleaf 0.1.24 fixes a CMS rename bug and cleans the style panel. A second fix stops a race that could clear publish settings in the site folder.
Splitleaf 0.1.23 uses Git alone to see which files changed. The agent and the Webflow import are updated. The app no longer keeps a second change list.
Splitleaf 0.1.22 lets you edit rich text as blocks. A template gallery offers common page types. The panel for new elements shows those choices in a visual layout.
Splitleaf 0.1.21 runs on Intel Macs and on Apple silicon. One download covers both. The app asks for your documents folder after you sign in.
Splitleaf 0.1.19 changes publish. You work on your own copy, review the files, and then send them live. You can read the code and open the pages first.
Splitleaf 0.1.17 adds account settings and a sync status. If a site file cannot be read, the app opens a recovery dialog and checks the site data.
Splitleaf 0.1.15 lets you reconnect a stale GitHub repository. Publish history now records staging and more metadata. Class names stay stable when you rename a style.
Splitleaf 0.1.13 makes the HTML file the source for page content. The config file keeps favicons and locale settings. A fix protects edits to the site CSS file.
Splitleaf 0.1.11 updates how the app stores redirects. The designer follows a slug change. The CMS field editor uses the shared color selector.
Splitleaf 0.1.9 moves site import into the agent chat. You can add a zip file or a CSV file in that chat. This release also fixes deployment problems.
Splitleaf 0.1.7 limits one licence to two active devices. You can connect more than one GitHub account. The app talks to your host through that host API.
Splitleaf 0.1.5 adds CMS fields for color, reference, and multi-reference. You can place a component inside a component. Password reset is included.
Splitleaf 0.1.3 fixes problems in the agent and in components. A component on a page stays linked. The page does not keep a full copy of that component.
Splitleaf 0.1.1 prepares the app for daily use. You can import a Webflow site or a static HTML site into a folder. You can send a bug report from the app.
