Minor bug fixes
Fixed a bug where a content template (pages/_templates/<collection>.html) could be wiped locally and replaced with the starter text "Item title".
Publishing is faster, we cache your compressed images so they dont need to be compressed from original source on every site publish.
New features
Every file the app removes from a site is now moved to a temporary trash folder, instead of being deleted straight away. Restore puts a file back at its original path. Entries are kept for 30 days.
